Just saw this. Cant believe nobody responded. So i usually keep track of calories burned with a smart watch. I think apple watch or fitbit will deduct calories burned from your total on MFP app. Hows the journey are you still doing keto?

Whats your secret to get all of your healthy fats in? Is here a specific time you quit eating at night? And is there a calorie limit per meal?
