My successful relationships included give and take communication. I didn't have to wait for him to call and neither did he. We wanted to speak to each other and make plans to see one another. So, there was no making the other person wait or hesitation.

I love : Garlic, pepper, nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon. I don't know if this counts as a spice, but I love to add red, greeen, and yellow pepper. I love banana peppers, piclkles, and black olives.

I still struggle with this.. If I am having a salty craving, it's not too bad. Basically just chips. However; if I am having sweet craviings, I am in a world of trouble. That means candy bars, ice cream, soda's , cupcakes, etc Recently, I've been trying to do grapes for the sweet cravings.

I am running into the same problem this week. Im at 1200 calories also, I do eat my exercise calories back ( or I would starve). I eat healthly. I've cut out most carbs and processed food. I love walking with music. I walk around the neighborhood and recently been walking to and from work. I love to do Zumba and recently I've added intense calisthetics( 3 times a week) with " workout trainer" which is a droid app. Last spring I did bike riding and want to continue with it, when the weather gets warmer.

I walked two miles because my car broke down ( 45 min). I will be walking home 2 miles ( 45 min). I also have to do 5 rounds at work today about 15-20 minutes of walking each round. So LOTS of walking!!
