Yeah mix up your workouts. On both p90x and insanity they talk about muscle confusion and how that helps. So just vary what you do and that may help you break through any lull in weight loss add you'll be writhing and building different muscle groups.

I haven't made it to the max cardio but I've been burning around 500 to 600 on most of the actual circuits. But I agree with finding a decently priced heart monitor!!!

Thanks. I'll look into the lean cuisine meals. I've also already started drinking more water and it's helped slightly. But right now I'm up to 4 meals a day -- lunch, mid day snack, dinner, evening snack...but I never go to bed directly after the evening snack. It's more to replenish me after doing my insanity work out.

I try to do my best. And I generally go with the "more" calories on items that I'm unsure about. I figure if I'm overestimating my caloric intake then my net will be better in real life. I will generally try to add any sauces or condiment choices that I have in with my foods.

I'm 5'10. Currently I'm 227. I want to be 180 - 190. I figure doing it right and incorporating the muscle I'll build in as well...I should hit it near November or December doing it the right way. Office job and I wasn't very active after work. That combined with unhealthy food and over eating.
