ok, adding pushing stroller would add 70 calories to a 24 minute walk.... hummmm maybe i shouldnt add it in? I cant get a heart rate monitor, though i bet that would be WAY helpful.

oh, is there an option for that? EDIT ok I found that option. She is 30 lbs and the option is for 15. So should I double the time? It was a brisk walk, does that matter?

im sure this is obvious... but if you walk with a stroller (and kid =p) you look up walking and record those calories and then you look up pushing a stroller and ALSO add those calories, right?

I don't know... but im guessing anything you eat will probably just make you hungrier. *hugs* If it were me i'd probably drink a glass of water and go back to bed... but im really new at this, so hopefully someone else will have better advice. *hugs*

Your so lucky =D We lived in California for about 2 years... which is when i discovered the beautiful green yummy... fruit? (lol) and now we live somewhere else, and they are REALLY expensive. In fact we have been here over a year now, and i still havent gotten one... that must change on pay day =p

For Breakfast I had: 1.5 egg (with yoke) scrambled with bell peppers and onions, a tbsp of grated cheese, and some hot sauce. Today I went for a brisk walk for 24 minutes and it equals out to be 141 burned calories... Im about to clean my house, im sure I will be working for more then 30 minutes, but lets say I don't, 30 minutes is 88 burned calories for a total of 229 calories which is... 59 calories over... I just switched around my menu, beef stroganoff with mashed potatoes and 1/3 cup of corn with 1/2 tbsp of margarin... and now I am down to 89 calories under, 90 carbs under, 19 fats under, and 16 protein under... if i can think of a snack it might be near perfect =p What do you think?
