I typically workout @ LA Fitness in West Carmel. But I think my all time favorite gym to workout was Lifetime Fitness. I just didn't like that they were a bit pricey :grumble:

Water :happy: . I try to drink at least 12-14 cups a day. If you are not a fan of plain H2O, I would suggest putting a slice of lemon or lime in it to give it a little bit of flavor.

Same here! I currently wear size 12s at 200lbs. I don't think of myself as being very hippy either; I'm more top heavy. Hopefully, I'll get a better idea of my goal weight as I begin to lose more.

My daughter is 7 years old and 4'5" now. I'm certain she'll be tall when she's older. I just hope she embraces her height when she gets older because there is nothing wrong with being tall and beautiful:smile:

Wow! I'm 5'10" and I normally considered myself a large frame woman. But according to this site, I'm considered small frame and my ideal weight is 139.5 :huh: I probably weighed that in middle school:laugh: Im just beginning my weight loss journey and I'm not sure if I could weigh this amount without looking…

Try not to dwell on the negativity and use it as motivation! She was just a negative ***** and there will always be those type of ppl who will say negative & stupid things to say.

I'm so glad someone posted about this topic! I always wondered what others considered a good size for 5'9" My goal weight is somewhere between 155-165. I definitely want to look toned and not super thin...So my goal weight may change down the road. I think a size 8 is an appropriate size for 5'9".
