Hey I'm 5'10" I'm aiming for a GW 160. As far as wearing heels, I buy what is comfortable and cute! So if I see a pair of 4-5" heels that I can walk in comfortably then consider them bought. I've come to accept that I can't do anything about my height so its best to flaunt it. LOL :wink:

I just finished watching the show tonight and the look on Jillian's face was priceless! :noway: I personally feel like Rachel is too thin now...She just looks unhealthy. I'll take a curvy/fit body over a skinny one anyday!

I only count water as well. If I add water to anything like my protein shakes I don't typically count it.

Platform or super high heel. If the heels are cute and I can walk in them, then the sky's the limit. I personally love the way my legs look when I wear a heel that is at least 4" or more! :love: BTW I'm 5'10" so with a heel my guy and I are almost the same height and he's 6'4.

I'm aiming to drink at least 16 cups (1 gallon) a day. Sometimes I drink more. It just depends if I work out or not that day.

5'10" 200.5 lbs currently. I wear 12 tall.

Try increasing your water intake too. I've read that you're supposed to drink half of your body in oz per day. Maybe you are retaining some water weight.
