    Day 7 complete - 80 squats.

    Glad to have a rest day tomorrow since I'm doing Shred, too. Wishing that had a rest day but I'm not taking one.

    I did 2 sets of 40 btw...taking a short rest in between.

    I am on day 7. I an feel the burn. Also I match each day with squats. I hope to see a difference. I took a before picture so we will soon find out! Al on my rest day I still do 25 squats and 25 crunches just so I don't get lazy!

    For all those just starting this, im on day 6 and love it! awesome challenge Im also doing the 30 day ab challenge ( also on day 6) along with Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. ( day 2)

    I'm doing my own squat challenge of 50-100 a day. I found when I tried to do the actual thing before there were days I was so sore I just couldnt do 100+

    I feel a lot stronger than before. I think I can even tell a bit of difference in my bum..could be just hopeful thinking...will find out after the full 30 days.

    I'm on day 8 of this challenge. I'm also doing the 30 day ab challenge with it. Muscles hurt like nothing else but it does work! 8 days in and I'm seeing results already!
