I started doing p90x and eating healthier about a month ago and the first week I lost 6 pounds and then I had an off week (wasn't eating as I should because family was in town) and I gained all the weight back and it seems as though ever since then my body refuses to lose weight again. I've been eating tons of fruits and vegetables and weight watcher's meals and I exercise everyday for 30 min to an hour and drink 8 glasses of water everyday but I just can't lose weight. I even started drinking green tea to help with my metaboism. What's wrong with me?

There is a lot of factors that could play in this (example: the type of foods you are eating; the way you are exercising; your amount of sleep; the time you eat certain foods; your macros; your caloric intake; how often are you eating; how big your meals are; how stressful your life is)....the list goes on.

Agreed. I would suggest eating main meals that you have to cook yourself instead of pre- made they tend to be low in caloriea but high in sodium. And as your sodium intake increases water follows.
Also, how many calories areyou consuming? You want too make sure they are not too low.

I try to eat between 1200 to 1500 calories a day but maybe the weight watchers meals I eat are too high in sodium :s Maybe I'll just cook my own meals from now on

Try increasing your water intake too. I've read that you're supposed to drink half of your body in oz per day. Maybe you are retaining some water weight.

I'm right there with ya babe, I could almost cut and paste what you wrote and apply it to my life - except, this is like, my gazillionth attempt. I eat lots of good protein, white chicken, white fish, tons and tons of plain vegetables, very few carbs and lots of water. I work out at least an hour a day - and I'm talking, jogging, weight training - 30 day shred. The pounds don't budge. I'm thinking too much sodium as well - but I drink so much water, you would think that would help. Not gonna give up though - gotta keep trying

Are you also tracking your measurements? I'm a newbie to this site so I certainly cant offer any "advice" yet as I'm still learning/havent tracked my weight since last week. I will tell you though that when I did weight watchers (which didnt really work for me), I found that I wasnt losing weight per the scale, but I was losing inches (and I was cool with that).

If you can see your inches decreasing when the scale doesent move, it'll motivate you to continue your efforts because you'll know that what you're doing is not in vain.
