Weekly check in October 24-30
Hi all! Happy Fall! How’s everyone doing? I’m dropping weight each week now, and heading toward my goals! We have one more trip coming up this month, and then I think we’ll be home for a few months. I’m excited to join the local rec center and go to some classes with my friends this winter.

Weekly Checkin for Everyone! 9/19-9/25
Everyone have a great week. My goals this weeks.. <3 increase protein <3 get in 4 workout sessions this week that's it for the week. I have a long work week ahead. 8 day work week. I started yesterday and i am on day 2 and feel sluggish but I hope that will change by the end of the day.

Hi all! Busy week for me. Visited my daughter and her family Sunday through Tuesday and had lots of fun with my grandkids. Driving to Tennessee to visit my other daughter and her fiancé now. Hope everyone is doing okay these days. I know it can be rough will holidays begin . Just remember one day does not destroy your progress, just get back to your calorie deficit the next day... My goals for this week is to simply monitor water intake , get moving and stay within my calorie deficit. Feel free to check in..
