The weather has been terrible this week, I couldn't do my jog/walk. I'v been doing 2nd week of of Ripped in 30 though.

Today, I woke up at 5AM and immediately heard the rain. I thought to myself, there goes my jog/walk interval, then promptly went back to sleep :laugh: In the afternoon, I was feeling lazy and had to push myself to do Day 3 of Ripped in 30. Drank lots of water!

Today the weather didn't cooperate so I couldn't do my jog/walk interval, instead I did a lot of house cleaning :happy: I did Day 2, Level 1 of Ripped in 30 and drank lots and lots of water. I really want to count the number of glasses I drink but I live in a tropical country, drinking water is second nature to me.:wink:

Today, I was able to do my jog/walk interval for 20 minutes and another 30 minutes of pure walking. This afternoon I tried Jillian Michaels' Ripped in 30 and I think I am going to be doing this now instead of the 30DS. Drank two glasses of water before every meal just as I have planned. This is shaping up to be a good week!

I used to get a lot of dehydration headaches before I got my water intake up, so I would drink a load then go work out which seemed fine... the fresh air sometimes helps some…

I'm trying to start reviewing for the bar exams so I can finally attain my dream of becoming a lawyer. But everytime I open my books, I just don't feel the drive to study. I have convinced myself to just start seriously studying from February 1. I hope we all attain our goals!

I had a not so good Week 2, here's to a better Week 3! My week three goals: 1. Drink 2 8 oz of water 30 minutes before every meal. 2. Do jog/walk interval at least 3 times this week. 3. Do 30DS at least 4 times this week.

I'm back! Real life got a hold of me the past two days and I could not attain my goals. I'm going to make it up this weekend. I already did my jog/walk interval early this morning and I plan to attain my 2 other goals later today. Glad to be back :smile:

I'm not really sure, but I think PX90 and Insanity are both Beachbody products while JM's 30 Day Shred is not. When I checked out PX90 it looked so extreme and it has long workouts. 30DS on the other hand just takes 20 minutes to do, although sometimes it feels like an eternity! You'll definitely love your results with 30DS. I didn't lose much weight but I had to do a double take just a few days ago when I looked at the mirror and saw my body has actually changed! I saw definitions on my arms, legs, shoulders and even my abs (though my abs could always use more work). :smile: Good luck!

I did the jog/walk interval for 30 minutes early this morning, Level 3 30DS and plank for one minute. I fell short of my goal to consistently hold it for more than 1 minute and 10 seconds. Oh well, tomorrow is another day :ohwell:

Right after posting these goals it pushed me to get up and do LEvel 3 of 30DS, then to my amazement I was able to hold the plank pose for 1 minute and 15 seconds! Hooray!!! And this early morning I jogged/walked for an hour, although I did more walking than jogging.

Goals for the 2nd week: 1. To be able jog more than walk during my ealry morning jog/walk interval. 2. Do Levels 2 & 3 of 30DS from Monday to Friday. 3. Hold the plank for more than 1 minute and 10 seconds consistently.

Today is my rest day from the 30DS and the plank. I did a 30-minute early morning walk of 2.8km as my light exercise. Faw1001, glad I could help! Just continue what you are doing and in no time you'll be breaking the 1 minute mark. Great job with the 35 seconds plank!

I jogged at a slow pace a distance of 3.2 kilometers in 30 minutes early this morning. Just finished a few minutes ago, Level 2 of 30DS and plank for 1 minute and 11 seconds. I'm feeling quite accomplished today!

Thanks! I just started doing the plank about a week ago. When I started I could only hold it for 30 seconds. I do it everyday with the goal of breaking the minute mark, which I did! You should try it as well.

Congrats on moving up to Level 2! I really love 30DS, even though I have been doing it off and on since the end of November, after every workout I still feel so accomplished. Keep it up!

I walked for 30 minutes early this morning and did Level 1 of 30DS, plank for 1 minute and 2 seconds.
