Add me if you like! Im Karla and 19 and just started insanity on monday. Im sore all over so I know Im ganna need some motivation and support :)

Im 19 and out of shape. I have no energy. Im type 2 diabetic. I sleep 10-12 hours a day. There are no stylish clothes in my size. Love sports but cant play them. My family wont leave me alone about my size. Ive started Insanity on monday and Im trying to eat healthier :)
