Yes and I use that and measuring cups for just about everything I eat. It's pretty surprising at first when you see how many ounces that piece of chicken or fish you were eating really are! I haven't because I can't justify the sugars in it. Normally after I workout, I go with a protein shake instead. Either a scoop of whey protein with almond/soy milk or if I have more time I will mix the powder with greek yogurt, soy milk and fruit. Any 100 calorie pack type foods, frozen meals, granola that was high in sugar, prepackaged flavored rices and pastas.
