  • Mine where the first to go. :(
  • Something I love to do is take grapes, roll them in vanilla yogurt and then some crushed nuts and freeze them. When a craving hits, I go for one and it feels like I'm having a treat! A friend of mine will freeze mini kisses so that when she has a craving, she just grabs one and has to eat it slowly because it's frozen. :)
  • I'm a clean eater if you would like to connect and check out my diary. :)
  • Love, love LOVE Insanity! It was actually the first Beachbody program I did and while it was TOUGH those first two weeks, I continued to push through anyway to see if it really works. I lost 17 pounds and 9 inches in my waist alone! Needless to say, I was hooked after that! lol I actually even became an Insanity instructor…
  • Don't you dare let someone like that bring you down! I know it hurts because it's your sister but shame on her and her childish antics. You're making a positive change in your life and if she can't handle it, too bad for her! Just keep smiling at the fact that you're ten steps ahead of her! :D

  • Sorry but this is not true at all. My first question to the original poster would be are you eating enough? It really does make a huge difference for people, especially if you are working out alot.
  • Welcome back! If you have any questions regarding nutrition, workouts or are looking for support, feel free to friend/message me :)
  • It isn't going to be anywhere near as intense so I wouldn't expect those kind of results but if you are just starting out and looking to get moving, it would be a fine place to start until you work your way up.
  • I haven't tried any myself because I see them as a "quick fix" kind of thing and have yet to meet anyone who has had success with it. This doesn't mean they don't work but I personally wouldn't spend the money.
  • I always make one after a run. Sometimes it's as simple as chocolate whey protein powder and almond milk. Other times I will use vanilla whey, fruit and greek yogurt.
  • I'm unable to post the link to it on the message boards but I have a bunch of clean, homemade ones I make posted on my fit page. Just message me if you would like the link :) There are also a tonnnn of sources if you do a Google search for homemade protein bars and then you can weed out the ones you don't like or make…
  • Just take that phrase and use it as motivation!! SHE may never be there again but there's nothing stop you. You can do it!!!
  • Welcome everyone! I have been on this site since December and it has been a HUGE help in my weight/inch loss!!! Stay motivated and you will see results! Feel free to add me if you'd like :)
  • You can ABSOLUTELY do this!!!!!! Just remember that it does take time but if you work at it, you WILL get to your goals. I am currently working with someone who just hit her 100lb weight loss mark and it has been incredible to see her progress! How is your eating currently? Also, are you starting to workout as well?
  • Do you currently have a gym membership? If so, have you used the initial free training appointment? Many gyms offer this and it can help get you started. From there, you can start to mold your own workout. If you'd like, feel free to message me and we can talk :)
  • I agree with food being the number one thing to work on first! Start trying to cut out the processed foods and work your way from there. Also, what kind of workouts are you currently doing at the gym? If you would like, feel free to send me a message and we can talk :)
  • Without seeing your diary, it's hard to tell if what your eating is the issue. Watching sugars helped alot for me but everyone is different and sometimes it's just about finding what is best for you and your body. Please don't give up just yet!!!!! The results are worth it, I promise! - Follow my FB Fitness Page! Be…

  • I had a hugeeeee sweet tooth. Never could turn down cookies or candy. Then I decided that until I could learn to control myself, I wasn't allowed to have it at all and if so, it would cost me. One piece of either equals $5 in a jar. No excuses, no getting around it. And the money can't go to be in the end. What did I find…
  • I noticed huge changes once I started watching my sugar intake. I still eat fruits (mainly apples and all types of berries) but things like cereal, flavored yogurt and sugary snacks are out. I had a hugeeeee sweet tooth so the first few weeks were tough but after that, I've never felt better. As for carbs, I don't believe…
