I need some buddies to keep the 120lb weight loss goal in sight!
I lost a whopping 10lbs my first week! PLEASE...NO advice about how unhealthy it is to lose it that fast! I worked my butt off to lose that and it is just the jump start this frustrated Mamma needed! I have said for the last 10 years that I was going to lose this weight, but instead it has creeped up on the scale, not down! I am done making excuses! My 20 year wedding anniversary is in July and we are going to Mexico. I want to:
-get on the airplane without having to ask for an extender for the seat belt!
-go scuba diving without being harpooned!
-fit into a kayak and paddle into the sunset!
And will SOMEBODY PLEASE explain to me an easier way of sending requests to people you see here on the boards!
Thanks for hearing me out

someone told me not to look at the ultimate result as motivation, but to look at the daily feel-good about doing the do! that's really something to consider
YOU CAN DO THIS!0 -
You can do it! Think MEXICO-the beaches are beautiful and you and your hubby will enjoy it. You can do anything you want to do. I've used the fitness pal and try to keep a little under my average calories. I will help you keep motivated.

Thanks Jackie! That is just the encouragement I need!
How long have you been using this tool? Have you found any good recipes?0 -
You can ABSOLUTELY do this!!!!!! Just remember that it does take time but if you work at it, you WILL get to your goals. I am currently working with someone who just hit her 100lb weight loss mark and it has been incredible to see her progress! How is your eating currently? Also, are you starting to workout as well?0
