mine is like a little pound over a week usually. it usually says i'm going to be about 8 pounds lower than what i currently am.. so i don't think it's too inaccurate. but it definitely hasn't been including the plateau i've been stuck on. xD

Need to lose 16 more pounds to be at 199. I can't wait until I get there. It's been two years or more since I can remember being under 200. I'm hoping to get there by the beginning of May so all summer I can progress in the 100s. Once I get there, I'm definitely going to have to reward myself with something.. non-food…

Mine are on the inside of my shins too. They are feeling mildly better today.. I'll have to give it a go tomorrow when I actually have time to hit the gym and see how they feel. I'm going to try stretching more before I run.

Yeah I got my shoes back in November, so I doubt that's it. I still feel like they are pretty new. But the employee at the shoe store said if I started to get pains while running to try insoles.. so maybe that might help too?

I actually really enjoy the compliments. I lost about 15 pounds while away at school.. (and before I joined MFP) and when I came home everyone kept asking "Have you lost weight?" I'm a 19 year old college student too~! I just started back up again.. it can be difficult not having your own kitchen.. but does the buffet have healthier options like fruit and salads? I try to stick to those when I go to the dining hall.
