Hang in there and don't give up. 1. I would recommend as someone did earlier - take measurements. The scale may take longer to show improvements than your measurements - the scale can be very discouraging. 2. Try to eat as "clean" as possible - protein, low carbs and lots of veggies. Great job!! All of the other size changes and health benefits definitely outweigh the importance of what the scale says. I hate the darn scale!!
