I love salty foods! Just last monday I bought philly garlic dip and a bag of lays ripple chips and ate the entire tub of dip!!!!! :( :( I was still feeling crummy two days later - so wasn't worth it!!!

I had that as well. I did the South Beach Diet last year and lost 22lbs! The plus to that one was it taught portion sizes and healthy eating. I learned new recipes and still use them :) In addition exercise. I love Jillian Micheals and Kathy Smith, I alternate at this busy time of year between doing one of their videos and…

From being on other message boards I know that the introduce yourself threads don't get much response. What does is being supportive and replying to others. Get to know people by reaching out to them via their threads and they will remember you and respond to yours in the future.

I just had a friend email me pics out of the blue that we took over a year ago as our before pics. I had actually never seen them until the email so they didn't motivate me then but having seen them I am NOT going back to that!! I am over 20lbs lighter than in the pics but not where I want to be so in order to keep going…

I wish there was an easy way to get sculpted abs!! But I think it is the hardest area to get defined muscle like a 6 pack or washboard abs!!!! From what I have read diet is key to get rid of the spare tire. You can have super ab muscles but it will never been seen with the extra girth :/

WOW!!! That is crazy fantastic!!! I think I might have to dust mine off too! I did a boot camp awhile ago and I loved Jillian b/c it was so similar to the bootcamp moves. Keep up the good work - can't wait to see day 30 pics :) :)
