you have my curiosity peaked so I checked. It has Garcinia Cambogia in it. I tried Garcinia in the pill form and it messed with my bms. It's the Garcinia Cambogia not the coffee itself.

Are you drinking enough water? Pop and juices high in fructose and sugar can dehydrate you and turn into water weight gain off the bat. Have you been keeping track of your body measurements? My question is can I see your diary maybe we can figure it out?

yeah okay you make a good point. But the possibility is still there though.... Do what susieq suggests, log as accurately as possible for the next two weeks. Get a food scale, this helps big time. Report back here on whether it worked or not.

eating 1200 to 1300 cals a day is not enough. My dad consumed between 1400 cals a day and when he tried to maintain he gained 20 pounds back. At my height and my dads height 1400 cals is not enough. Considering her age and height. 1500 to 1600 sounds about right. The BMR has her around 1279 and that seems too low. Considering the amount of exercise 1500 to 1600 is good to aim for. The more you burn the more you'll have to consume. Adjust accordingly day to day.

I tried it for a week and it backfired on me. Not a good idea. Start off with a 1 pound a week then if you're feeling really ambitious aim for a 1.5 pounds a week.
