If you don't get your periods, then you're not losing iron. You would lose during that time of month. anyway I can take a look at your food diary?

I get like this before that time of the month and I suspect it has to do with the body craving iron. That's why I include iron intake in my food diary. I know if I don't make the iron count every day, I eat everything in sight 2 days a month Shrug the day off and start fresh tomorrow

It's going to be difficult to stay in my calorie range today. I'm going to be up for an extra ten hours due to my shift and it's my Monday basically Weekend will be difficult as well, wedding on Saturday and 2 days off from work whoohoo is the only upside :smiley:

been up north for the past two days without being able to really keep track. lots of water and exercise. I wouldn't be surprised if I'm holding onto a lot of water weight at the moment. I know I didn't overeat or eat half a ton of food. I'm going to have to input everything in to see where everything stands.
