@caylee320, how early do you wake up to do the 30DS without kids?? my goal is to wake up early before kids because my toddler likes to jump around with me, and she can be quite the distraction, plus i always almost step on her!! it's so hard waking up early because i'm still up feeding baby girl #2 every 3 hours. eugh...…

Yippeee! Clothes that are too big is the best feeling! I say you deserve one new ROCKIN christmas outfit for all your hard work.

I chop up a whole tomato and mix the cottage cheese and some black pepper - yum, and very filling.

My must haves are fat free cottage cheese, whole grain oats, 99% fat free ground turkey, Borden fat free sharp cheddar slices, Tyson Premium white chunk chicken (canned), and salad and spinach in a bag. Hope it helps, Happy shopping!

Congrats to you for getting well and deciding to love you! I'm new to MFP, but loving this site! I did Weight Watchers on and off for the last couple years, and it taught me to lose weight in a healthy way. WW stopped working for me and this site makes so much sense to me - simple science. You've already taken a step…

I see the difference! You have done great!

Fabulous NSV! Rock that "small" happy dance, you earned it.

I hear you! The weekends KILL me. I eat a very healthy diet Mon through Fri afternoon, then idk - booze, fast food, etc... After one drink I lose all desire to eat right, should probably cut it out for a while!

Hi! I'm new to MFP also, and I need to quit smoking! Please add me - I could use the motivation!

I skipped yesterday (no excuse), but did get my shred on this morning. My three year old joins me, so it's comical as well. I struggle with the first round of strength (push ups) and cardio (jump rope kills my calfs), looking forward to seeing the increase in ability as this first week progresses. HAPPY SHREDDING ALL!

I did level one last night. This was the first time I've put the DVD in since Feb. I was surprised at my lack of stamina, but determined to stick with it this time! Yay for all of us who completed day one. Keep up the good work.

I'm in Charlotte and new to MFP!

I'm in. I've done the shred here and there over the last year, but never followed through. I'll start tonight! This is also day one for me on MFP, so I'm excited to kick things off! ~ 5'7/179
