Try looking up Coaches Oats, it is a whole grain pancake mix that is absolutely wonderful. You can find it in the foods look up for more nutrition information. Try them with a homeade sugar free jam, or sugar free syrup if you don't like peanut butter!

you can sub ground turkey for ground beef in any recipe, spagetti, taco's, burgers, meatloaf , etc, also works great in casserols that call for shredded meat

Try a water areobics class. It burns more calories, and is great for the joints, it will increase your flexiblility and I always feel great afterwards! Check your local community college or swimming pool for classes.

The big questoin is how do you feel? Don't pay so much attention to the scale, muscle weighs more than fat! Try measuring yourself.
