So your starving yourself! You need fuel to burn fuel. You increase your exercise routine so you need to increase your calories. Eat back the food you are burning. You will still be in deficit, but your body won't go into shock. You are just not eating enough to sustain that amount of activity.

have you linked it to your MFP account? It does the work for you. You don't have to log any walking.
-
You shouldn't have too much trouble. Just watch portion sizes and order appetizers instead of meals. Drink lots of water and do tons of walking. You should really enjoy yourself, splurge on a meal once or twice a week. Think of it as the same thing you would do in a restaurant here. Share your meals with your Man! There…

Try Dream Fields pasta. It is low carb, high fiber, and high protien. It fills you up fast, and my family can't tell it's not regular pasta! Here is some info, but you can order on line, or wal mart carries it. Choose from 7 popular pastas: Spaghetti, Angel Hair, Linguine, Elbows, Penne Rigate, Rotini and Lasagna. 5 grams…

My daughter is Insulin Resistant, and may have PCOS. But she is successfully loosing weight following a THM lifestyle. Here is a link http://www.trimhealthymama.com/ in the book they discuss insulin resistance and other female problems. It is easy to follow, and doesn't severely limit your food options. Hope it helps!

maybe you are stalled because of routinely eating the same combination of foods and doing the same exercises. Try mixing it up. It will confuse your body and boost your metabolism!

Your body should only be burning one fuel at a time. If you have a meal with carbs (no more than 45g) then have less than 5g fat. If your meal is high fat, keep your carbs under 10g. If you want to learn more, be my friend and read my blog! I hope I can help. I am loosing about 2 lbs a week, and eating pretty much what…

I like to look at diaries so that I can see what other combinations of food that might work for me. Mine is open too!

my kids aren't babies any more, but I am still struggling to loose the baby weight. I am 4 feet 7 inches tall, and have tried everything. I have 60 lbs to loose before I am close to my pre-pregnancy weight. I gained 80 lbs with my daughter and another 20 with my son. Would love to have some dedicated daily MFP users to…

In my work place it is optional, and the office pays for it. I decline because I am alergic to something in the shot. I get violently ill if I get the flue or pneumonia shot. I can see in a hospital how it could be made manditory. so I guess i am fairly neutral

I love my fit bit, I have had it almost a year now, I don't log exercise, unless I swim, and it automatically updates mfp with extra calories burned in a day. You can set your goals, monitor flights of stairs climed, etc. It has been a geat tool that motivates me to do better every day.

I am home late too, but every night I figure out what we are eating the next day, I get the meat out of the freezer and put it in the fridge so it is thawed when I get home. We eat a lot of taco salad, either chicken, elk or beef, so you can cook that on the weekend. I chop vegies and stuff on the weekend too, that way all…

20 years ago, and I was a whopping 74 pounds, and swam miles and miles every day. I am 4'7" by the way. My new goal is 105. 60 lbs to loose.

It took customer support about 24 hours to get back to me. I just kept playing with mine, there is a reset button on stand, if you put your fitbit on the stand and press the button, then reinstall the software and try to connect, then sometimes that works (might have to try a couple of times) It took me a couple of days to…

TALK to your parents, be sure that they know why you are transfering, don't let boy's get in the way of your education. Be careful how you word things with your parents and don't have the boyfriend there when you talk. It will just create more tension.

Again, don't take it personally, I tend to delete people if they haven't logged on in a month because they tend to have quit without deleting their profiles. I also delete people who aren't supportive, negative or just never say anything. That way it gives me more time with the people who do need my support. If I keep my…

I have Fibro too, the more I exercise the beter I feel. I get about an hour a week before I start paying. But that is increasing slowly. I konw that if I exercise regularly I have fewer "bad" days. I try several different types of exercise. I take a water aerobics class, do some yoga, and walk slowly on the treadmill.…

Track your sodium and fiber, eat more variety when it comes to your fruits and veggies. Are you drinking your water? Change up your workout, try something new. Your body will get into a rut, and decide that what your doing now is normal. You have to keep it confused. I would suggest that you take a multivitimin if you…
