Thank you for that! Yes I had 4 c sections so I know that I wont go back to exactly what I had but I would like to lose all my weight and be normal weight again! I am working so hard at it! Hopefully it will come with time! I LOVE you response! Thanks!!

question? How will I gain it back when typically I only eat this same amount of calories and walk 6 miles per day. I am just doing a little more weight lifting than what I normally do. I have been on a weight loss journey since august 12, 2011
