  • I have trained for many half-marathons, and a marathon using Hal Higdon's training plans. When I started I could only run 2-3 miles at a time. I still run slow. :) www.halhigdon.com
  • Cardio definitely helps trim the fat, but to get lean and cut, you'll definitely need to incorporate some sort weight training. I'd recommend circuit training a few days a week to start...
  • I have done the Master Cleanse, and yeah... great for quick weight loss, but results didn't last very long. I probably wouldn't recommend it or do it again. However, I do not see anything wrong with doing a juice cleanse drinking only all-natural juices from fresh fruit and vegetables. But I recommend doing all of your own…
