I'm hearing you on that! I work in a supermarket and I tell you, the christmas chocolate range is just torture to me. we also sell these shortbread puffs with fruit mince inside....*drools* they are excellent!

I think that alot of people are sensitive and have low self esteem. I don't think taking it out on others is the right way to go, but some people die to stress or whatever I guess feel the need. I don't get it personally...but hey thats just my take

I have a tendency to stay up until 2-3am in the morning so I'm not the best person I guess to answer this, but I find that certain things help me sleep: having a warm bath (if possible) reading a book turning all the things such at TV and computers off at least 15 mins before I try and sleep not drinking caffeine after 7pm…
