What's making you feel this why? You can get past it. Talk to someone about the issues/write in a journal.

This is a great thread. I have been wondering myself why I can't seem to lose weight but have been losing inches. I think it's back to the drawing board for me to recalculate my body fat %.

You can have a treat everyday as long as: 1) you fit that calories within your daily needs 2) dont go over your sugar BTW--dark chocolate is a very good antioxidant and helps reduce stress

I am a die hard Beach Body fan. I love the schedules & meal ideas you get with the DVD's. If you stick with the program and eat clean you will see results.
