lol.... No need for apologies. I always heard about the famous shox and I always told myself, "what's the big deal?" I tried a pair out and have been a shox fan since then! I recently bought me a pair of dance shox. They are awesome! Now i'm debating on regular shox or dance shox. Oh, and thanks for the hug! :smile:

Okay, i've noticed ever since I started losing weight (total of 64 lbs. now) my monthly has changed dramatically. I'm regular as i've always been but it's VERY light and doesn't last as long. Any changes with ya'll?

Cheating for me is when I have something that is not good for me. My favorite cheat meal is General Tso's Chicken! Yuuuuuum!!! Something I don't eat on a regular basis.

I use my Polar F7 HRM. I'm in love with it! I don't leave home without it! The best investment I've ever made... only thing is I lost the transmitter last night at the gym. Had to order a replacement. I'm going to feel so lost without it. :frown: :sad:
