I'm with Kimberly7987. I get the wheat bread with the chicken or turkey, mustard, no mayo, no cheese and tons of veggies... hold the salt/pepper, oil vinegar please!!! It's yummy too!

Here is my routine... Monay- Either belly dancing or Zumba 1 hr Tuesda- Zumba 1 Hr Wednesday- 45 Minute Zumba + Weight training (either upper or lower body) Thursday- 1 hr. belly dancing Friday- Weight training (Opposite of what I did on Wednesday) Sat- 1 Hr. Zumba

I take a Zumba class 4X a week... 1 hour each class. I use a Polar HRM... I burn anywhere from 675-800 Cals per class. I've been doing it about a year now... I haven't worn my HRM lately since I'm 17 weeks pregnant.... I need to wear it my next class to make sure i'm eating enough for the baby and me.

I'm going to try to stay away from the candy period... I did okay last year. I just found out i'm preggers and I do not want to over do it and start splurging and gain all that extra weight! Good luck!!! :smile:

Thanks Ladies!!!! I will make an appointment ASAP! So far I feel fine... so I'm going to continue my classes for the time being. I sooo love babies too, so i'm totally Stoked!!! I look forward to having a healthy pregnancy. Does anyone know if (I think her name is Tammy or Tamtastic) has had her baby?

I agree. I refuse to use sugar substitutes. I also read the ingredients of everything that goes into my body. AS someone else has said... I do use low fat dairy products... that's about it though. Everything else, i steer clear from.
