I sit here and I do Kegals, and i tighten my butt muscles. lol I also hold my abs in and sit up straight with both feet on the ground. I also throw in wall push ups and jumping jacks during potty breaks. lol

I also get fat free plain yogurt, add a bit of vanilla whey protein powder, slice up a few strawberries or half of banana, throw in some flaxseed. Delicious!

I steam broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Then I make some brown rice and grill some chicken in a little bit of EVOO. I had bronchitis for almost two weeks. I also have sever asthma. I wanted to use that as an excuse not to go to the gym. I got my butt up went everyday but one. I felt better working out than staying home in bed being lazy and feeling sorry for myself. So I say do it!!! :happy:

Well, I found both of them at a discounted price. So i figured if I could get the F7 for the retail price of the F6, then why not. :smile: It's actually my Valentine's Day present.

Try all natural peanut butter. Cut's down some of the sugar and it's better for you. Also, use plain oatmeal.... add a little cinnamon and a tiny bit of brown sugar... throw in a little flaxseed and you're good.

I'm usually on a 15 incline switching it up from 3.0-4.5 and it says I burn about 600-625 calories... sounds about right to me.
