Day 5 was a bust for me :blushing: I did try and stick to healthy veggie snacks but when I added it all up and taking into account reduced calories burned I am well over my target. I usually relax a bit over the week-end but will try to make up for Fridays's excess by being more watchful and active

Wednesday within calorie goal...thanks for this challenge...helps to keep me focussed. Would love to have something else to eat but really don't need it...so off to brush my teeth and sleep :yawn:

Just managed to scrape in today but only if MFP calorie calculation of my exercise is accurate- and I think it is too high. I had half a packet of dried apricots and then found out just how many calories I consumed :sad: ....ah well I learned something :ohwell:
