I have been so encouraged by the kind "well done" comments especially by "real" runners when I am plodding along. It gives me energy and I feel myself running taller. I find it hard to do the same to others- mainly because I'm shy and don't want to make a fool of myself but also because I usually have no breath :tongue:

Day 2 over. Long week-end here and I have so far survived but it's hard tonight. I am still hungry. Week-ends, especially evenings are my downfall but there is no way I am going to be out the challenge before it has started!
