Woo Hoo - so excited to start another challenge! I have missed these. Seems as if I have found my niche and things are finally going in the direction I have wanted. While it might not always be pounds lost, I can tell it is inches by the way my clothes are fitting. Thanks for starting this up Pam!

PW - 216.4 CW - 216.4 Another week of staying the same but as they say maintenance is just as hard if not harder than losing so I will take it. These next few months at work will be crazy so I hope by focusing on being healthy this weight will come off soon. Thanks for everything Mimi!

These keep me accountable and even though I didn't lose what I wanted I am sure I would have been up had I not been part of the challenge as crazy as things are at work right now. Count me in!

PW - 215.8 CW - 216.4 Up .6 but I am FINALLY off my antibiotics after being on them for a month. Hopefully now my body will day good-bye to those unwanted pounds!

PW - 217.2 CW - 215.6 Down 1.6. Seems these same ~2 pounds and I want to keep doing the same old song and dance - up and down. Well, I am done with the dance. Time to really focus on making sure they leave and stay gone!

PW - 218 CW - 215.2 Loss of 2.8 pounds! After last weeks gain of 2, I am down .8 over the two week and I will take it since I have been sick. Onward towards the downward slide! Good Luck Everyone!

PW - 216 CW - 218 Up 2# but I have been sick with bronchitis all week so I am hoping this is the cause. Really haven't changed my eating so will make sure to be extra careful this week. Hoping for healing as well since I really hate having this cough!

Back to Bootcamp this morning and squats. Today's total was 200! Makes up for not doing any yesterday.

Just finished 100 squats since I didn't so any yesterday. I have boot camp Monday - Thursday so the torture will start on Monday once again - JK. LOL I love my boot camp workout, Just don't like getting up at 4:55 for it. Keep working those squats Team Bob!

Wednesday - 50+ squats Thursday - 365 squats (I decided to count them to see how many we were doing - actually think there were more and I lost count) Friday - rest day (needed it after Thursday's squats) I think with the amount I did on Thursday I have completed my 50/day already but will keep at it just the same..
