I try to be in bed by 11PM at the latest. However, I have gone to bed at midnight and still gotten up at 5AM to workout. Going to bed at 10PM is the best since I get my 7 hours of sleep in but I am more of a night person.

Made a commitment by paying for a program. I cannot see wasting money I have already spent by not going. I attend a bootcamp 4 days a weeks which starts @ 5:30AM. I am up at 5AM, workout at 5:30AM, done by 6:30AM, and head home to start my day. I work from home so I get myself ready, have breakfast and I am good to go. I…

Gave up diet soda "cold turkey" about 10 years ago due to severe migraines. The aspartame in the soda was the trigger for them. I really do not miss it. I drink water (at least 10 cups a day) and unsweetened iced tea. Also, once I started reading about what the aspartame can do, I was glad I had stopped. It appears that…

Just made this tonight. Since I need to watch my sodium and carbs, I modified things to make a lower sodium version. Here is my version for a lower sodium count. I believe the original one had about 646 mgs of sodium per serving. This recipe drops it by over 50% to 290 mgs per serving. Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Chicken…

PW (previous weight): 219.6 CW (current weight): 224.6 Really not sure what is going BUT I will not give up. Will say a 5 pound gain really does stink though! :-(

PW: 220.6 CW: 219.0 Pretty pleased to have had a loss for the last 3 weeks since this seems to have broken a roller coaster ride have been on for a while. Yeah! I love my Boot Camp which I think is really helping! Can't wait until the next session starts February 13. This is the last week for this session. I get measured…

I have never seen them at our Wal*Mart in Ohio but if you have a health food store or a specialty grocery store I would check there. I know where I live we have a specialty grocery store which does sell them. Good luck. Just had them yesterday as Hungry Girlfredo (visit this site for the recipe www.hungrygirl.com) with…

PW: 224 CW: 223 Not much on the scale but clothes are fitting differently due to my workouts. Think I am developing muscle which helps to burn fat so I am happy. Also, I seem to have lost my muffin top on most of my pants so that is an NSV for me! Yeah!

I agree with you - I hate the burpies as well but they are effective. I am sure I will be doing more of them during the next 3 week of my boot camp.

Since I just was added to the Green Team, I didn't get a chance to see the weekly challenges until today. However, I can say that I have completed each type of exercise. It might not have been on the selected day and I have no idea of the reps (we track time in Adventure Boot Camp instead of reps), but I did do them. I am…

I love the fact I just completed my first full week of Adventure Boot Camp. 5 days of getting up at 5:30AM for an extremely intensive workout but oh so worth it! Can't wait to go back next week to see what happens. Have already noticed changes in my body when it comes to inches.

So excited to be added to the challenge and become a member of the GREEN TEAM (Green is one of the colors of my college Alma Mater - it must be a sign!). Can't wait to continue this journey with all of you. Thanks for adding all of us newbies Pam!

Love this recipe! It is has been around as long as I have been a WW (Weight Watchers) member which is 25 years this month! Instead of the oats, you can use Grape-Nuts for some crunch! Yummy!

As was mentioned, your best bet is to go to a running store and be professionally fitted. I did this last year before the Cincinnati Flying Pig 5K. Boy did I get a shock! I had been wearing the wrong type of shoes and this explained why I had the pain I did. They will measure you, assess how you walk, and then determine…
