it's not all it's cracked up to be. Netflix is better :) I LOOOOVE Netflix.

I don't agree with this. 1200 calories a day is ok if you lead a sedentary lifestyle and are eating back all exercise calories. It's all based individually on each person.

PCOS can definitely make it more difficult to lose but it's totally doable! Really watch your sodium and water intake. I had to cut out fast food almost 100% (except subway) plus all drinks except water. I finally started losing and I've been hitting the gym almost everyday. A good heart rate monitor with a chest strap (I…

I think if you eat to get to a net of 1200 you will be ok. BUT I'm not an expert on that so don't quote me on that.

Yes! Fiber is awesome!!

I had the same issue too...I really had to up my intake of lean proteins to help curb the hunger pains.... they have almost completely disappeared now...Just be mindful of what you are eating (simple carbs over complex and amount of protein)

Congratulations! :flowerforyou:

My new HRM does the same thing with all the equipment at my gym! I just use everything from my watch because it's a really nice Polar ft60 and accounts for my gender, height, weight, and age where the treadmil is only going off of the heart rate.

I'm not constipated all the time anymore :blushing:

aspartame can also lead to aspartame poisoning which can lead to infertility, symptoms similar to MS...etc and all of those are irreversible! VERY scarey! I don't drink diet drinks or eat anything with aspartame in it and I try to stay away from all artificial sweeteners because of this.

I don't have any advice about quitting them other than to just tell your doctor you aren't comfortable taking them and that you want to wean off of them...I used phentermine about 3 years ago and lost 34 lbs on it...I didn't gain any of it back for about a year until I got sick and moved 1500 miles away from my family and…

I'll have to see if I can find some looser fitting pants...not that it would really matter for the sweat line though probably...oh well. I'm working out it's not like I'm not SUPPOSED to be sweating! haha

I wear black yoga type pants...they are a cotton/poly blend. I sweat so much sometimes that I hate to wear polyester because it doesn't breathe as well.
-
I am curious about this too. I have panties that I LOVE for jeans and work pants but they are not good for working out because of panty lines too...I also sweat A LOT when I work out so my shirt is wet and my :blushing: butt cheek/thigh line gets wet lines too :blushing: Any ideas on disguising this?

me too.

I bought a Polar ft60 HRM and I absolutely L-O-V-E LOVE it!! It does soooo much and is so specific to you and your heart rate and fitness level and everything. It's wonderful for keeping you on your plan and for challenging you and for giving an accurate calories burned number after your workouts. Plus everything can be…

Yes it is possible to drink too much water. If you drink too much you essentially cancel out all your sodium and potassium and other vital nutrients in your system which can lead to seizures, heart attack...etc. Caffiene deffinitely will make you thirstier as it acts as a diuretic so be careful with the caffiene. If you…

that sounds very yummy!

muscle milk light. It's sweet and only 100 calories! :) ooooor...WATERMELON! MMMmmmm...

"If you are weighing the meat portion for purposes of a diet, weigh the meat after it is cooked, with any bone or fat removed. Generally, 4 oz. of raw meat will yield 3 oz. of cooked meat, due to water loss." Read more: How to Measure Meat on a Scale | eHow.com…

you can get away with not eating back all of them for such a large amount just be careful not to make a habit of it because your body may go into starvatino mode and you don't want that because your weight loss will slow way down!

There are a lot of factors that go into how much fish you should eat per week. I would consult your doctor. Mine doesn't want me eating more than 6 oz per week but again, that's just for me for my unique health situation so I would consult your doctor or a nutritionist who knows you well and they can best tell you how much…

I LOVE Pepsi! I don't like artificial sweeteners as they have been linked to MS and a lot of other very scarey diseases like Alzheimer Disease and so one so I stay away from them. I just decided to quit pop cold turkey. After a few months when I'm well set into my new good habits I may decide to have a Pepsi now and then…

Hi Cristy I'm in Phoenix too and I know what you are talking about with the heat! During the hotter days, unless I'm in my pool, I go to the near by LA Fitness and opt for the cooler air conditioned building. I don't do well in the heat while working out. Just listen to your body and drink plenty of ice water when you are…

Apple cidar vinegar is also wonderful for you. I bought some tablets from GNC of Apple Cidar Vinegar with Cayenne Pepper in it. I always seem to do better on the days that I take it and seem to lose weight quicker when I take them.

you're multivitamin and flax seed oil are most likely perfectly fine for you. I only take a One a Day Prenatal ( not pregnant they just have a higher amount of nutrients and I take apple cidar vinegar tablets because apple cidar vinegar is very good for your body as a whole. I would say don't bother spending extra money to…
