I'm so sorry =(. My mom and dad had a German Short haired pointer that got sick with the same thing. By the time they found it, she was so sick they just decided to put her to sleep. I'll keep you in my prayers as you struggle through your decision process. Dogs are not just dogs to us, they are part of our family. Mine…

Regular exercise, up your water intake, add bing cherries to your diet (trust me on this one, you will poop with little effort), and try some yoga (it really can help). As a fellow difficult pooper, I know how frustrating it can get! Good Luck!

I LOVE my Rainbow Light Prenatal One vitamins. Whether you're trying for a baby or not, it's loaded with a bunch of good stuff and it doesn't upset my stomach. Even when I take it on an empty stomach. Check 'em out.

My husband and I already do this. We hunt and fish so all of our meat (pretty much) comes from that. The rest of the grocery money is spent on fresh veggies, fruits, and whole foods like beans and such. We usually have enough left over to buy some "junk treats" as we feel like it. Usually we'll buy a frozen pizza or two…

I would say it is better as a powder. I sprinkle it on apple slices and mix it in with chia pudding and oatmeal. I haven't had it long though so I haven't tried many recipes.

BOOM! ^^^^There is your answer! As a fellow cyster, I can tell you that PCOS makes it VERY difficult to lose. Add in some fertility meds and hormones, and you are going to gain. I'm estimating that you probably have about 5-10 lbs of water weight/bloat going on due to the meds. Slight weight gain is normal when you are on…

In the summer, I do refrigerator oatmeal. Mix the ingredients together the night before and just put in the fridge with a lid. If you forget to make it the night before. Let it sit for AT LEAST 1-2 hours. Best results will yield if left overnight. 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats 1-2 tbps chia seeds 2/3 C chocolate almond…

It's weird because I'm on it for PCOS and my doc almost all of her patients who are on met for PCOS have lost an average of 15 lbs +. I was just hoping it would make it easier but so far I've not seen any loss. I'm gonna have to step up my exercising more I know but I was just hoping to be one of those lucky patients. I'm…

All processed drinks. I'm quite fond of Hansen's soda (probably the least processed pop you can get) and sweet tea. I'm going to shoot for only water and almond milk and brewed tea only.

I look at pictures of myself. One from before and one from now side by side. That usually does the trick. The more you look at the photo comparison the more you see it.

A whole tombstone extra cheese pizza, four pickles, a package of imitation crab meat,4 bananas, a bowl of ice cream, and a whole bag of doritos...dieting and infertility meds do horrible things to you!

This is totally true. However, if you are insulin resistant and don't know it, that can also cause you to always feel hungry. I just started on metformin and wow the difference after just a few days is crazy! I don't crave carbs anymore. and I don't feel hungry at all! I do have some negative side effects from the meds but…

I drink very very rarely because I am an EXTREME lightweight due to an alcohol allergy....and that's what I tell people. Then if they are still being rude and nasty about it and if I'm just really done with listening to them, I'll throw the "Well when you're trying to get knocked up you really shouldn't be drinking that…
