  • You can set your MFP account to sedentary and no exercise and you'll be fine. Any exercise calories you are burning you should be eating back anyway but just make sure that you set yourself to sedentary if you are going to be sitting a lot more. I hope you heal fast!!
  • butterfly ballerina...I made a really cute tutu and I have butterfly wings from last year that I never wore that are super cute and I'll wear my tiara from my wedding. :) I don't have kids so I don't take them out trick or treating...I'll be wearing it to work

  • don't worry too much about being over on the carbs a little bit. I'm over in either carbs or proteins almost every day. Just stay within your calorie goal +/- 50 calories and you should be fine. If you are set to only 1200 then DEFINITELY eat those calories! :flowerforyou:

  • slather and I mean SLATHER yourself in aquafor. That's what I do when that happens...takes a few days then I'm much much better.
  • I'm not on them now but when I was I used Loestrin fe....HATED IT!! Lots of break through bleeding and it just sucked. Then I switched to Mircet (not sure if that's the proper spelling) and loved it! Actually lost weight on it, no acne, no migraines, no cramps. It was wonderful!
  • if you have a high quality HRM that has you put in your age, gender, height, weight...etc then use that. IF it does not do that then I would take the lowest value just to be safe. I used to use a Timex HRM and it didn't ask for all that information and would always give me calories burned numbers that were waaaay too high.…
  • I go with face. While I do enjoy looking at a well defined body...I find I'm more sexually attracted to the face and I actually do like a few extra pounds on my guy :)
  • I don't worry about special occasions. I still try to be sensible on those days but will just enjoy the food and celebration and not think about it another second. One day will not undo a weeks worth/months worth of great work. :flowerforyou:
  • slice them thinly then salt them lightly wait 30 minutes...drain the excess water out then add a little apple cider vinegar. let them soak for a while and enjoy!

  • thanks for the ideas all! I've been taking ibuprofen and it has been helping with the pain. It's just annoying because so many different exercises that I want to do so bad will hurt my back. :( It's nice to know I'm not alone though.
