  • well...I would say indulgence... however, when judgement day does not happen on the 21st just remember that you will have to work extra hard to burn all that excess off. otherwise, enjoy!
  • YES! To everything! :)
  • I like a nicely proportioned guy. I like nice defined muscles but not too bulky. Not a huge fan of string bean guys. :) You look great in your profile pic :blushing:
  • I'll have to do one in a couple weeks as I'm getting my tongue pierced... That being said, I don't like them. As stated above it does nothing as far as teaching you how to eat healthy foods. A super dedicated person MIGHT be able to hold off and do it for a month and you will lose a lot of weight but it's not healthy and a…
  • definitely a bachelor! btw...props for the juicy juice in the background! so cute!
  • try planning ahead a little more. Maybe cook your lunch the night before and eat a larger lunch. That will help you offset your big deficit at the end of the night.
  • agreed. I am 5'7" and was just dragging at 1200 calories. I upped mine to 1500ish and haven't looked back. :) Good Luck
  • have you taken your measurments for your legs? It's very possible that you are just predestined to have larger muscle masses in your legs so they won't ever get to super chicken leg skinny but losing that much weight I'm sure they have gone down at least a little. I'd track your thigh measurments...bet you'll be surprised…
  • interesting...so how many calories are you eating?
  • I unintentionally did it. I was really frustrated from not losing any weight for two weeks so I decided I would just take a few days off without being super Anal about my calories...two days over my calorie goal and I lost 1.4 lbs! I usually stick between 1200 and 1500 calories each day but I make sure I have atleast one…
  • NSV means Non Scale Victory and bump is used when somebody wants to move a topic into the recent category and so it's more easily found though their own profile.
  • one of my friends used to use one. I don't know if it did much for her but that's just because she wasn't trying to get into shape. Sounds like fun though! I'd say go for it. it can't hurt! :)
  • Ihave a polar ft60 and LOVE it. It even has an option to set a fitness program...mine is set to lose weight and it sets workout goals for me and tells me when I'm in the best fat burn zone for me. :) Go with Polar...you won't regret it.
  • I love watching them. They're so into it just makes me want to sing right with 'em. LOL

  • it's by far the BEST yogurt I have ever had. I LOVE it!
  • Honey is good for you because it contains antioxidants in it. It is higher in calories than regular sugar but regular sugar doesn't have the same antioxidant benefits.

  • I should mention...I'm in Phoenix by South Mountain but I'm from Nebraska. :)
  • Phoenix....South Mountain Representin! lol
  • I finished Level 1 Day 3 yesterday. Surprisingly my legs are starting to feel a little better today! They hurt so bad yesterday I couldn't even squat to sit down to go to the bathroom! I had to kinda fall onto the toilet. But today I'm doing better! Hopefully by day 10 I'll be ready to go to level 2!
  • eat so that you get up to a net of 1200 calories at a minimum.
  • great job! I would have caved for sure for the kolaches! I haven't had one in sooooooooooooooo long and that just sounds SO good. :) Congrats on your NSV though!! :flowerforyou:
  • I burn right around 263 calories for a 25 minute 30 day shred workout with an average heart rate of 160-168. I had a Timex HRM but replaced it with a Polar FT60 because I got inconsistant readings with my Timex a lot. Depending on how high your heart rate is getting and how long it's staying elevated it's possible you…
  • eating breakfast is very important to get your body's metabolism going in the morning. If you are eating breakfast and finding yourself hungry a few hours later that's a good sign that your metabolism is kicked up and running higher than normal. That's a good thing. Just take a snack with you for a mid morning snack and…
  • I've heard that most people's soreness tends to improve from day 4-7... I certainly hope my soreness goes away soon! It's hard for me to even sit down nicely...I tend to just fall down right now because my legs hurt so bad!
  • I eat at least 1200 in a day but usually I don't eat all of my calories back because I know every once in a while I will have something come up where I'll be over my calories so all those days of having 100-300 extra calories left pays off because in the end of the week I am right in line with my recommended…
  • I have no idea if that's true but I certainly hope it is! :)
