exactly what you said. I struggle the most with food, breakfast mostly. Breakfast would require me to wake up 15 minutes early and that's 15 minutes less sleep that I'm going to be thinking about all day every time I yawn. Sounds crazy I know but I'm being honest. I like working out it never really feels like a task…
