So I know I said last week was my last weigh-in but I couldn't help myself... stepped on the scale this morning and I'm at 209.9lbs so that's a 0.4lb loss from last week. Glad you enjoyed your first day Jay! Walked only 1/2 mile again... it's getting darker earlier again :grumble: but I also did 30 min of step areobics. I can't believe how much better I slept last night! See if I can get out with the dog today before it get's dark so we can make the 1 mile treck.

Well we did make it out for a quick walk last night, probably only about 1/2 mile though - by the time the rain stopped it was dark and muddy, so we couldn't take our usual route. Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Don't think I made 2 miles yesterday... 1 for sure but I don't think I hit 2. We were in the city, snooping around stores so I can't say for sure how far I walked... but at least I walked!! Today has been raining and yucky out :grumble: so I haven't even stepped outside yet. Maybe the rain will lighten up for a quick walk…

Make sure you're on the "My Home" tab under that there are a few names of menus you can go to, click on the "Settings". From there a list will pop up, select change/update fitness profile/diet and you can change it to male in there.

Krystle, never say "only" 1lb is 1lb and you worked hard to loose it... ever single pound (and partial pound) counts... no one forget that!:wink:

Well I saw a little jump in the scale for me... 2lbs up to 212lbs from last weigh in. Not horrible considering I haven't been logging my food and I've been eating pretty much anything I want. Was a little afraid to step on the scale this morning; we've had a very busy 3 weeks that hasn't allowed me lots of 'great' eating options. To my surprise I'm down 2.2lbs!!

I had a gain this week of 1.5lbs, not bad considering all the "heavy" meals I had this weekend.

That's AWESOME news Jay!!! Congratulations on finally hitting your goal weight... and beating it! You were able to maintain the 150lbs for so long that I have no doubt you'll be able to maintain this new weight with ease!

Weigh in today 214.3 - so up 1.3lbs since last week... not too bad considering I did a terrible job at watching what I was eating, and exercise has pretty much come to a screaming halt - It takes all my energy to get myself out of bed in the mornings, I hope I'm not coming down with something.
