Queen of big thighs writing in here.... presently, my waist is 23" around and each thigh is 21" around. Yikes! (Earlier along in my fitness journey, my thighs were individually larger than my waist.) Thankfully, they are shrinking. At any rate, my point is that my thighs are slowly but surely shrinking. Here's what's…

Guess I won't be drinking water ever again...

Bump! I'll end up having a slightly higher calorie count because I use cane sugar, not Truvia/Stevia... but still a tasty treat :) Thanks!

IMO If you've already labeled him as cheap, it sounds like you've already developed your opinion about this guy... so anyone else's opinions about your relationship with this guy really don't (or shouldn't) matter.

This is fantastic! I love Alice Springs Chicken and I haven't had it in ages because it's so calorie/fat heavy. Thanks for the idea!!

I use mine to make individual servings of French Onion Soup -- and during the holidays, I use them for treats like butterscotch pudding :)

I'd love to be down to my goal body fat percentage (only 2.5% left!!) by Christmas... but I'm not sure if that's possible haha. And for Christmas, I'd love it if someone paid off all my student loans for me :)

Well, a couple points to consider... First, I do know a good number of women in their mid-thirties to mid-forties who don't go out of their way to primp or even prep themselves for a day out. That being said, most of these women happen to be wives and the mothers of young toddlers. (I don't have any children, so I'm not…

I wouldn't go as far to say that they are phobias... But I strongly, strongly dislike spiders, snakes, and milk that has coagulated on the bottom of a glass.

I lost 40 pounds to get to my goal weight and I still am working on my problem area (my thighs). Admittedly, I lost the weight but did minimal work on my thighs. So it shouldn't have been any surprise to me when I didn't have the thighs of a rockstar haha. So I've started running. I'm three weeks into a c25k program and…

I think it's normal to want to have a great body that your significant other can enjoy! I don't know about the pressured part. Just talk to him about it! PS. In my opinion, you look great :)

Depends on who it's with, honestly. There are some people that I love to work out with -- they are ready to kick *kitten* at the gym and so am I. It's really helpful because they are there to motivate and encourage you. And sometimes they are there to make sure you're doing your best work, even when you want to quit. But…

I exercise whenever I can fit it into my day. So some days, this means that I'm not wearing a spot of makeup because it's o'dark-thirty and I just rolled out of bed. Some days, I'm wearing warpaint because I just got to it after an 8-5 day. (If I work out at the end of the day at school, I head to the bathroom and at least…

I wear makeup because on days that I don't, people (be it friends or strangers) will pull me aside, ask me how I'm doing and if everything is alright. Naturally, I have uneven skin tone. The bags under my eyes are very prominent when I don't wear makeup. My skin reflects how tired I am. So I wear a base of concealer and…

Well, when I first started losing weight (pre-MFP), I lost 24 pounds in about 8 weeks. I then proceeded to yo-yo about +/- 10 pounds for the next six or so months. When I started using MFP, I lost 20 pounds over the course of 4 months. (On a side note, I then spent the next 4 months fiddling with my weight until I felt…

I eat fruit regularly... and have chocolate regularly. It didn't stop me from losing weight. If it fits into your calorie and carb allotments for the day, then I say you should enjoy your fruit :)
