For everyone's information, these are my guideline numbers for my day-to-day nutrition on days without workouts: 1500, 206 carbs, 42 fat, 75 protein, 16 fiber. I don't follow these daily. As a general rule of thumb, my days balance out over the course of the week.

I'm in. I don't eat pizza every day, but I do have Starbucks and/or chocolate nearly every day. I'm not in peak physical condition yet, but I daresay I'm getting there. I also joined for the pizza pictures. Om nom nom.

For my biggest clothes, I donated to Goodwill. For the clothes in between my goal weight and fat(test) clothes, I held on to them for a year. I've been gradually taking my favorite pieces to have them tailored to fit me at this size. Some pieces are too good to give up!

OP, there is a lot of pressure to be thin. That said, there are a lot of different reasons people wear clothes that are too small for them. Sometimes it's personal preference. Bananas! I've never understood why... Since I was about three or four years old, they've given me terrible stomach cramps. My mother can't eat them either... I assume it's is somehow genetic but have not been able to find any scientific literature to support it!

In my experience, a regular routine of running combined with weights is what changes my thighs (and everything else) the most. Good luck!

This is a neat tool. I've played around with it for a little bit. It's really neat for people with a significant amount of weight to lose. But when you get down to a certain weight, it stops showing differences altogether.

If a occasion arises, I absolutely use my calories at the end of the week. MFP has a built in deficit, so it won't hurt to consume those remaining calories if you so choose. (Although I'm not sure if I'd take in an extra 4,000 in one day...) I guess I'm surprised that you have 4,000 calories left over. That's nearly 600…
