Well, I learned from my new friend's sister's boyfriend's cousin that you are supposed to eat back 5x the number of calories you burn when you exercise. So find something with 5 calories!! Actually, OP, you're looking pretty frail and thin -- better make it a milkshake ;)

I'm using MFP for maintenance now. I tried to "test-drive" not logging a few meals, and I really struggled. Logging my food on MFP is just a great motivator for me :)
