Its worth a shot. most things were said, but I also find it gives me a reason to just come to the site and check things out. Which in itself is a help. Add me also if you like.

An app I used in the past on my phone was Ontrack Diabetes. It worked well for recording your sugar levels, Blood pressure, weight and exercise. I used it primarily for the sugars though. Im on Android, not sure if there is an Iphone version or not. Not totally what your looking for but might work. Good luck

Hi, there is an link somewhere on this site that seems to explain why weight training is actually a preferred method. Im at work but i will dig it up later if someone doesn't already. Im still having this debate of what to focus on more. The article swayed me pretty heavily to weights tho.

Hi, lots of good advice here. I read the post without much look at the title. Second time it caught my eye. Your not stupid, nor should you feel stupid. If anything, I would start with that. Hard to make a positive change without feeling positive. There's many ways to achieve your goals. Sounds like a support system would…

That's an interesting article. Not to get off topic, but I have been debating myself on which would be the best path. Been doing cardio only to start but I think I know now. I prefer weights anyway lol. Thanks.
