this ^^ is what i do as well. I never eat all my fat for the day, but ill go over on protein which i dont mind at all. So its more like 50% carbs 30% protein 20% fats

No, A weave would be much easier. I wear a weave, sooo much easier.. and i go to the salon to get my hair conditioned and shampooed.

I definitely agree with this. At the end of the day, its about how you feel and if your losing weight it is working. Keep up the healthy lifestyle, cause it sure beats you eating 5 big macs a day.
