My face and my upper torso...and my ankles, strangely enough. My hips have hardly budged after 30 pounds and I'm starting to get a little disproportionate...come on hips, get with the program!

Every morning in whatever I wore to bed that night. I don't freak out about fluctuations, because I know what causes them (too much sodium, not enough water, etc.) and I like to look back to the day before and see what I can improve on to keep that downward trend goin' :)

Me! 20lbs down and looking better than I have in YEARS. Carbs are my own personal devil. no grains and no sugars...I haven't totally cut out artificial sweeteners yet, but my cravings for bread and sweets are effectively GONE.
