I'm supposed to take in about 1,300 calories... I still exercise on spike days but take in more like 1,900. Hasn't hurt me. :) In fact yesterday was my spike day and when I weighed myself today, I had lost two more pounds. Hope this helps.

Hey, I'm somewhere between 5'7 and 5'8....I currently weigh about 151 and am a size 6, though, so I guess it depends on how your body is built since I see people hoping to be in a size 8 at 140 (which will probably make me a size 4...) My goal is 138 :)

Ohhh yeah. I deleted my Facebook a couple of months ago and at first it was really difficult for me - but my life is SO much more relaxing now. I'm concentrating on my own life....and if I don't want someone in my business, they simply have no way to be. (Unless we were friends on here - ha) I'd highly recommend it!!
