I call it Treat Day. It's Saturday which is my weigh-in day. I have a little of everything I don't eat during the week: french fries, twizzlers, pancakes, milkshake,etc. Then Sunday, I'm back on board.

I can't see the scale go up after I've slowly watched it going down. I get the principle, but I can't handle it.

I was eating 1400/cal a day and doing 30-45 min of some type of exercise 5 days. Congratulations! I am loving your steady progress! The stomach is the hardest part to get in good shape even for women who haven't had 3 children. You are obviously doing something right so just keep at it. Change will come!

You need to have water weight to lose. I drink 100 oz/day so I don't know if this would help me. We need more people that have tried it.

I count fruit but not vegetables. I also eat 100 calories less than my daily goal to account for all the small things that can add up, like vegetables, ketchup, swirl of syrup, etc.
