I crave salt and steak.... go figure. I usually go for sunflower seeds in the shell. Sometimes I go for chocolate, my fav is dark chocolate almond nuggets from Hershey. Not big into baked goods though, they usually make me feel sick to my tummy.

Wow I just started this L1 D3, way harder than my other workout due to the high intensity. Might rotate in rev abs but we will have to wait and see. already getting results so all is good for now.

I am a mom looking to lose, I am at 181.6 right now. My goal is to get to130. I weighed almost 200 after the baby, but now I think the need to exercise it off is my only hope. Ps I have 9 kids.
