Another pound came off but I didn't work as hard as I should have - too busy as work these days to motivate myself to exercise!

I love steamed carrots with some no salt seasoning and if i'm feeling really generous i add a teaspoon of olive oil!!

181lb. - so lost 1 - Sat. morning - I tried to eat better than I have been for awhile and actually worked out 3 days.

Worked yesterday - and got to work 15 min. early so I very briskly walked around the parking lot 4 times - sure felt good!!

MFP is great - I am also 56 years young!! I quit smoking in Feb. and of course gained weight. I started MFP in June and have lost 13 lbs. (I gained 11 when I quit smoking)!! i love it because if i do overeat during the day I know I can exercise it off!! Not a diet but a lifestyle change. Good luck. And yes making your food…
