Yoga sure reminded me that my balance and flexibility is really not very good.

I did plyo and kind of felt the same way. Tony was pissing me off with the you can do anything for 30 seconds but I felt like we have already been going 30 minutes. I completed it modifying several moves but not taking extra breaks.

I will be using bands. The heaviest weights that I have are 20 lbs and that is not enough for most of the exercises for me.

I am usually going to work at 4am usually go to bed around 11pm. So I am not thinking I will be doing mine in the mornings. I will be doing early afternoons after work or possibly at night after the kids go to bed.

For me it was the frozen water bottle and also rolling a golf ball with the bottom of your foot. For workouts I would use inserts and also tape around my foot to keep the arch pulled up.

I can cook tonight it is grilled pork tenderloins with vegetable kabobs with a fruit smoothie. Tenderloins and vegetables loaded with spices. Should be good but would probably be better if I were drunk I seem to make some really good off the wall dishes after drinking all day
